Terms & Conditions

• The primary guest who makes the booking should to be above of 18 years age
• It is mandatory for all guests to present valid ID cards at the time of check in as per the government rules. Check in may be denied if ID is not available.
• Pan cards or company ID’s are not valid
• The guest is responsible for any loss/damage caused to the hotel property by them, their family/friends or any person whom they are responsible for & the damages will have to paid before leaving the premises or when asked for.
• It is agreed that the guest will conduct themselves in a respectable manner & not cause any nuisance or annoyance to the other guests & the property. The management has complete right to request the guest to vacate the premises without any prior notice.
• Early Check In or Late Check OUT is subject to availability & is chargeable.
• All promotion/sales rates are restrictive fares and are non-refundable. Certain promotions/sale rates do not permit any changes in hotel booking. Please check the restrictions on the rate while booking.
• Standard occupancy for the room is 2 people. Additional person (if room size permits) will be accommodated with an additional charge.
• Full payment for the stay has to be cleared at the time of check in.
• Child below 5 years of age stay free sharing the same room/bed.
• Child 6 years & onwards are charged extra
• Due to any reason you plan to shorten your stay & leave the property no refund would be given for such immediate changes.
• Failure to arrive at the hotel on arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotel & you will be charged for the entire reservation. No refund in such cases.
• Package meals if any included will be served in the restaurant only either by a fixed menu or buffet
• We have limited parking space & it is available on first come first serve basis
• Standard Cancellation policy: (unless specified in voucher)
           -> 0-7 days of arrival is non refundable 
           -> 8 days prior to arrival is full refund (minus 3% payment gateway charge)
• For group bookings 0-15 days of arrival is non refundable and 25% charge prior to that.
• No refunds in case of cancellation due to natural calamity, act of god, natural disasters, social/political unrest, change of government rules, local laws, etc.
• Refunds for third party bookings are processed by them.
• Refunds for direct bookings with hotel will take 7 days to be processed.
• In case of any dispute raised by the member, the decision of the Owner, Girivihar Holiday Club will be final & binding, subject to above only Lonavala jurisdiction.
• Hotel management will not be liable to any claims arising out of or relating to the failure of deficiency in providing the guests with facility set out herein, or any injury or loss suffered by the guest while in the hotel premises, caused by or due to negligence or circumstances beyond the control of the hotel management including natural events/calamities.
