• This is PURE VEGETARIAN hotel. Outside food & non veg is not allowed
  • Stag entries are NOT Permitted
  • ID proofs are compulsory at time of check in for all guests.
  • 100% advance payment is to be done at time of booking. In case if any payment is yet to be paid that amount has to be fully cleared on arrival.
  • Standard occupancy for the room is 2 people. Additional person (if room size permits) will be accommodated with an additional charge of 1000 + taxes per day for stay only
  • Kid’s up to 5 years can stay for free sharing same bed/room.
  • We do not allow Pets in the property.
  • We do not allow visitors entry to guest rooms
  • Room Service & Front Desk is available from 0800 hrs to 2200 hrs
  • Housekeeping is available for a limited duration
  • Late check out or early check in is subject to availability on a chargeable basis
  • Due to any reason you plan to shorten your stay & leave the property no refund would be given for such immediate changes.
  • All promotion/sales rates are restrictive fares and are non-refundable. Certain promotions/sale rates do not permit any changes in hotel booking. Please check the restrictions on the rate while booking.
  • Package meals if any included will be served in the restaurant only either by a fixed menu or buffet
  • We have limited parking space & it is available on first come first serve basis
  • The hotel management shall not be responsible in anyway whatsoever for any loss/damage/theft to the guest’s belongings for any cause/reason/negligence. Also, not liable for any costs or expenses incurred by the guest as a result of cancellation/modification of reservation or no show.
  • Smoking/Alcohol/Gambling/Hookah/Prostitution/Drugs/Etc. are all strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
  • For any Damage done to the hotel amenities, articles, furniture, property., etc., by or due to guests themselves or their family/visitor or any other person for whom they are responsible, guests will be held responsible and so must make up to pay and settle for such loss and damage in full as deemed appropriate by the management.
  • It is agreeably anticipated that guest will conduct themselves in a respectable, civilized & decent manner not to cause any disturbance/nuisance/annoyance to other guests in the hotel premises.
  • The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
  • There are no refunds/credits in case of any cancellation/modification/evacuation/damage or inconvenience caused due to bad weather/storm or any climate related issue or any political/social event or unrest/closures or any calamity/event which is out of our control or an act of God.
  • Management reserves the right to add, change, alter, remove any policy without any prior notice.
  • In case of any dispute raised by the member, the decision of the Owner, Girivihar Holiday Club will be final & binding, subject to above only Lonavala jurisdiction.
  • The hotel is not responsible for damage or disappearance of guest’s vehicle from the parking in premises. It is at vehicle owner’s risk.
  • We do not offer any dedicated sleeping space for drivers or servants/maids. Drivers have to sleep in the vehicle only. They are also not allowed to access any of the guest rooms/areas.
