Cancellation Policy:

• No Show: In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

• Cancellation within 7 Days: If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your arrival date, no refund will be provided.

• Cancellation more than 7 Days: For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be issued, minus a 5% charge for payment gateway fees.

Refund Process:

All approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. The amount will be credited back to your bank account within this timeframe.

For all payment gateway advance payments received by us, 2.5% charges will be deducted even for full refund cases
